　　游艇和私人飞机是中国超级富豪们近期的物质追求。在“福布斯“发表最新富豪榜单数日之后，“胡润百富”宣布即将针对“所谓的中国狮王”发行一本名为《Wings & Water》的超高端奢华杂志。

　　这个时机再好不过了；中国的富人人数令人震惊，但更令人震惊的是中国亿万富豪的增长速度。十年前，中国有24个亿万富翁，而如今这一数字已达115个。

　　继《Horse & Polo》之后，《Wings & Water》将成为又一本当红的高端杂志。发刊目的是：启发和教育读者关于游艇和航空的生活方式。该杂志是首家以严肃态度关注中国私人飞机与豪华游艇领域的高端媒体，为富豪介绍首屈一指的品牌和运营维护，并以此打造超高端人群。其读者包括：优秀的制造商、内部人员、金融家、空勤人员和经纪人等等。

　　总部设在上海，拥有中国财富榜的胡瑞百福称，中国大约有4000位十亿富豪。据估计，另外中国有55,000人财富值达1亿人民币。

　　新杂志的时间安排与近期中国空域相关规定的变化相一致。2010年底，中国政府开放了其低空空域，使飞机拥有者的生活变得更为实在。以前，私人飞机要想注册一个飞行计划需要耗费几天时间，填写无数份表格。而现在，中国的富人可以想去哪就去哪，注册一个飞行计划几个小时之内就能到达目的地。顺应这个新形势，中国已经注册了120架商务客机。

　　胡瑞百福在陈述中称，公务航空制造商估计，五年之内中国注册的私人飞机将达1000架，这将使中国成为世界上增长最快的航空市场。

　　然而，中国的私人飞机拥有者不是唯一一个遇到难题的群体。如今，找到一个地方停放100英尺(30.48米)的游艇不是一件容易的事；因为它的占地面积相当于一幢普通的中国公寓楼。但游艇，特别是超级游艇，始终是中国企业家所青睐的高端私人娱乐与商务工具。在过去几年中，有越来越多的沿海城市如厦门、青岛、大连和珠海同意建设游船码头，这无疑进一步加快了富人们的需求。

　　胡瑞百福称，该杂志2011年计划发行两刊，创刊号于4月发行，第二刊于11月发行。首次将发行25,000份，充分覆盖私人飞机和奢华游艇的目标人群。《Wings & Water》将在上海国际商业航空表演和中国国际游艇展期间上市。到时，上海会有出售。

　　China: yachts and jets on offer

　　Yachts and private jets appear to be the latest objects of desire for China’s uber-rich. Days after Forbes published its most recent rich list, Hurun Report has announced that it will launch a new magazine called Wings & Water to target the “so-called lion kings of China”。

　　The timing couldn’t be better. The number of China’s rich is astounding, but even more impressive is the pace with which Chinese billionaires are growing; ten years ago the country had 24 billionaires, today it has 115 billionaires。

　　The magazine, which comes hot on the heels of Horse & Polo - another Hurun Report magazine:

　　seeks to inspire and educate its readers about yachting and aviation lifestyle, introducing leading manufacturers, interiors, financiers, crewing, brokers and more。

　　Among the group of China’s rich is a growing number of yachters and jet-setters. A spokesperson for the company said the new magazine will target entrepreneurs “looking to purchase a jet or yacht, as well as setting out how to maintain these big and costly machines。”

　　Shanghai-based Hurun Report, which produces its own China Rich list, says there are over 400 US dollar billionaires in China and close to 4,000 Chinese renminbi billionaires. Hurun estimates that an additional 55,000 people in China have Rmb 100m (roughly US15m)。

　　Timing of the new magazine (mainly Chinese language with some English) coincides with recent changes to regulations of China’s airspace。

　　Until the end of last year, when the Chinese government opened low-altitude airspace for private jet owners, registering a flight plan for a private jet could take days and required filling out endless forms。

　　China’s rich can now decide to go anywhere on a whim, register their flight plan and be in the air within hours. Following the change, 120 business jets have been registered in China. Business aviation manufacturers now estimate the number of private jets registered in could reach 1000 within five years, making China the quickest growing market in the world, Hurun Report said in a statement。

　　China’s private jet owners are not the only ones who have had it hard. Finding a place to moor one’s 100ft yacht – which can take up the same space as modest Chinese apartment block – hasn’t been easy either. But over the last few years an increasing number of coastal cities including Xiamen, Qingdao, Dalian and Zhuhai have facilitated the demand of the rich by approving the construction of marinas。

　　Hurun Report says it has chosen to launch Wings & Water at the Shanghai International Business Aviation Show and the China International Boat Show. It will be available in Shanghai。
