  我本可以在秋日的北京,写首小诗,赞美轻啜香槟、饱餐美食给我带来的愉悦。但我更愿意泡在王府井希尔顿酒店Fizztastic餐厅享受我的早午餐。

  Fizztastic的早午餐,品种丰富,无与伦比。包括海鲜、葡萄牙菜、传统中餐、以及哥斯达黎加菜。这里的所有菜系,均采用新鲜食材制作,再搭配上Tattinger香槟,促成了味蕾与美酒佳肴的亲密接触、彼些爱抚。

  Fizztastic的早午餐确以其超凡脱俗的烤鸡、令人垂涎的饺子、新鲜柔软品质极优的奶酪著称。在这里,有地道的自制比萨、腌肉、鱼生、冷盘沙拉、烤鳕鱼,还有各式惊喜。无疑将令食客百尝不厌。

  Fizztastic的早午餐总是很精致。比如龙虾吧,口味清淡,美味多汁,还有一丝甜意。

  现在吃蟹是正当时。在Fizztastic吃蟹,无需额外花费。蟹黄饱满,蟹肉香甜。清蒸的蟹呈朱红色,蟹香诱人、鲜美无比。

  在Fizztastic用餐,无不制作精良,口味纯正。汤品口感细致典雅,还有豆腐、脆皮鸭、及各式炒米饭等中式菜肴。

  西式菜肴则有著名的葡萄牙香肠,味美可口却不油腻。安哥拉小虾有点酸辣。烤三明治的洋葱、胡椒、及熏肉,无不精良,不分伯仲。

  各式牛排、猪肉、羊肉,均肥美鲜嫩。荷包蛋看上去好像包了一层纸,三文鱼肉质丰厚柔韧。各式副菜使主菜锦上添花。品种之多、菜量之大,令人难以置信,随之而来的,还有大份甜点。布丁甜美可口,蛋搭简直无以言状,浓郁芬芳。当然,冰激淋和奶酪更是好吃之极!当我们正全神贯注地享受这无尽美味时,并未意识到,早午餐时间马上快结束了。

  酒过三旬,菜过五味,我们无限欢愉。离开时,发现还有很多美味佳肴未来的及品尝,不禁渴望和期待再次的造访。

  I can pen verses on the joys of sipping champagne and eating moist chunksof exotic delicacies while under the autumn sky of Beijing…but I would rather let the HiltonWangfujing’s Fizztastic Brunch let me live it instead。

  At the Fizztastic Brunch, you are able to indulge in impeccable seafood,immaculate Portuguese food, traditional Chinese, and adventurous additions ofCosta Rican cuisine. All of it is made from the freshest of ingredients and theTattinger champagne enhances each flavor, with spritely jovial caresses。

  Indeed the Fizztastic Brunch should be renowned for its superb grilledchicken, mouth watering dumplings and fresh soft heavenly cheeses. At theFizztastic Brunch, the true feeling of brunch culture can be experienced as yousavor delicious specialties right like home-made pastas, marinated steaks,fresh sashimi, tangy cold salads, grilled cod fish, and numerous wheeledstations of surprises. It will make you want to certainly go back for more。

  Yet the Fizztastic Brunch has even been able to top itself, making lastyear’s brunch looking comely. The taste of their lobsters will amaze you!Choice lobsters that are deliciously sweet and succulent, light and airy, anddelicate on the tongue。

  It’s also hairy crab season, and Fizztastic doesn’t spare any expense.Their crab is downright fun, getting your hands smeared with bright orange roe,crunching, sucking and spitting through the claws and shells of one of the China’sfavorite crustacean. Their steamed crabs are a gorgeous shade of vermilion, andits meat inside the crab shell is savored too greedily. Good, flavorful chunksof meat with the sweet, fragrant taste and freshness coming through loud andclear。

  It is hard to find any dish at Fizztastic that doesn’t blend complexitywith moist precision. The soups are subtle yet sophisticated classics, theChinese section included textured tofu and crackling duck and relatively commonfried rice dishes turned into something else。

  Their western section still features their famous, eagerly anticipatedgrilled Portuguese chorizo, savory and not too rich, and shrimp Angola stylethat is tart yet spicy. The grilled sandwiches are equally wonderful withonions and peppers, and smoked meats。

  The various steaks, pork, and lambs are beautiful plump portions cooked toperfection. The poached eggs looked like they were wrapped in tissue paper, andthe salmon is fresh and moist. The various side dishes add to all the flavorson the plate. You won’t believe how much you’ll eat, and there is still thegrand finale of desserts. The soufflés and puddings are enticing and vary insweetness. The egg tart is out of this world, rich but filled with variationsof savory. Of course the ice cream and fondue is still to die for! While wewere eating all of these scrumptious delicacies the brunch was quickly comingto a close, and we were too absorbed in the sugary perfections to notice。

  With one last sip of champagne and their ever flowing coffees and teas, wewere overfed and overjoyed, and while saying our goodbyes we couldn’t helpcraving more of the Fizztastic’s tapestry of cuisine, as if we had never eaten。

  The Hilton Wangfujing Fizztastic Brunch is better than ever, and finds anambiance of casual and traditional brunch dining where authentic and noveldishes can be savored in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The FizztasticBrunch is celebrating its one year anniversary, and it has done it again.Culinary delights of meals so delicious, words alone cannot describe them. Itis a true brunch where you will have a culinary orgasm, when you can do nothingbut sit back in awe at the taste。
